$18.00–$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience & Education) $1,000
Sign-On Bonus ($250 paid at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and one

Mental Health is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our dedicated
team. In this role, you will help ensure our hospital environment
is well-maintained so children, families, and staff can focus on

in supporting our mission by maintaining a safe, functional, and
comfortable environment for all who enter our doors. What You’ll
Do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems,
equipment, and grounds Respond promptly to maintenance requests and
emergencies Conduct regular inspections to identify and address
safety or maintenance issues Assist with facility improvements,
painting, and basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work
Maintain records of work performed and supplies used Ensure
compliance with safety and regulatory standards What We Offer:
Salary: $18.00 per hour, increasing based on experience and
education $1,000 Sign-On Bonus paid in four installments during
your first year ($250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months) Comprehensive

or GED required Licensure: Valid Driver’s License Experience: Six
months of experience in building maintenance, facilities, or a
related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and
experience Must be at least 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment
