Unit Details: Emergency Department with a higher volume of
behavioral health patients Uniform: Ceil blue scrubs Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience Active RN license
(as per state requirement) Job Summary & Responsibilities: Provide
direct patient care per established protocols and procedures
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans Record and
communicate patient conditions appropriately Serve as the primary
coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care Execute physician
and nursing orders accurately Coordinate discharge planning with
the healthcare team Work Environment & Expectations: Requires
strong critical thinking and decisive judgment Must be able to
function independently and under pressure Ability to work
effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
