Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Salina, KS Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,122 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Salina, Kansas, 67401! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid license required at time of submission Certifications: BLS required, NIHSS preferred Must-Have: Meditech experience required, travel experience required Description: Meditech experience is mandatory. Travel experience is mandatory. This position requires working on a 38-bed unit focusing on nephrology, oncology, and general medical care. The shift will be from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend required. Floating to other medical-surgical units or ED/ICU may occur as needed to provide patient care. Telemetry monitoring experience is essential. Skills required include IV therapy, phlebotomy, and the management of various medical conditions such as gastrointestinal, genitourinary, cardiac, and neurological. Wound care and tracheostomy management skills are also necessary. The unit works with interdisciplinary support including physical therapy and respiratory services. Patient demographics include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The expected patient ratio is 6:1. References will be required. Local candidates will not be considered.
