MRI Tech Location: Wichita, KS Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,362 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: MRI Technologist Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: MRI Registered Certifications: GE Equipment Experience Preferred Description: Travel position for MRI Tech available. Work schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7 PM to 7 AM. The unit has 3 MRI machines and a staff of 12. Day shift has 5 technologists, while night shift has 2.5 technologists on the 2nd and 1 on the 3rd. Patient volume averages 32 MRI exams daily. Skills in GE equipment and experience in a Level 1 trauma center are preferred. Common procedures include MRI and MRA for all body parts except breast. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, engaged, and easy to get along with. The department features 2 new GE Artist machines and a supportive team. Black scrubs are required; t-shirts are not permitted. The unit promotes positive teamwork and is known for being busy. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
