TRAVEL - Radiation Therapist (764) - Wesley MC - 7A - 4:30P - M - F Unit Information: Radiation Therapy/ 764 Location: Wesley Medical Center Address: 550 N Hillside Floor: 1 Building: 7 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - NA Number of Staff 10 with 2 open Rad Therapy positions open Type of staff: Day Shift 1 Front desk, 2 RN s, 1 CT Tech, 3 Rad Therapists, 2 Dosimetrists, 1 dosimetrist/rad therapist lead Night Shift - N/A Patient Ratios NA Type of equipment 2 Linear accelerators EMR - Aria Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Current registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Radiation Therapy (RTT) Current Radiologic License (LRT) by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts Current Basic Life Supporter verification course through American Heart Assoc or American Red Cross Healthcare provider CPR Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Experience on True Beam, Trilogy, Aria or Phillips CT Simulator Experience with OSMS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): SRS/SBRT, VMAT, 3 D and electrons Best personality Fit: Team worker, willing and open to learning, compassionate Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
