Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Wichita, KS Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $1,650 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position ID: 75581542 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: - RN - ED (780) - Wesley MC - 7P - 7A Unit Information: (Wesley ER Main Campus/780) Location: Main Campus, Wesley Medical Center Address: 550 N Hillside Wichita, KS 67204 Floor: Building: Building 5, Floor 1 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 52 Number of Staff 134 Type of staff: Day Shift 1 charge, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician and 1 midlevel per pod Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician and 1 midlevel per pod Patient Ratios 3:1 average, low acuity 5:1, Peds= team nursing Type of equipment - Alaris EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NIH, Kansas License, Experience in traveling or experience at large facility areas Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. TNCC Meditech experience Been to a 52 bed ER or larger List typical procedures performed on unit(s): IV starts, medication administration, sedations, pediatrics Good grasp on patient experience Best personality Fit: Able to keep up with our fast pace ER Diverse and able to learn quickly, we are a young crowd and assume you can handle your own Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
