Job Description:

seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

direction of nursing staff, including taking vital signs,
administering medication, and observing patients' condition. Assist
with patient care planning and documentation according to
established policies and procedures. Participate in the
coordination of services with other healthcare professionals.
Educate and update patients and families on medical treatments and
care plans. Comply with all safety and infection control procedures
to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Proven
expertise in patient care and safety. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients,
family members, and healthcare team. Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both
independently and as part of a team. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification is required.
