Its end-to-end value chain presence encompasses onshore and offshore wind turbines design, manufacturing, installation as well as cutting-edge service solutions.* The Occupational Health and Safety Specialist will focus on risk reduction, injury prevention and drive ownership of safety, health and environmental impacts enhancing the safety culture. Lead projects aimed at anticipating, recognizing, evaluating and controlling safety hazards. Drive thorough investigations for all incidents and accidents and ensure timely completion of corrective actions. Lead the team in developing effective root cause analysis and countermeasures. Provide safety and process safety expertise for engineering and design. Analyze and assess plant safety trend data to drive safety resource allocation and drive ergonomic initiatives to reduce injuries.* Relocation will be offered for this role if necessary.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* Develops, proposes and implements EHS processes and/or methods.* Designs and/or coordinates the implementation of internal EHS guidelines and processes within assigned organization.* Plans and accomplishes roll out of EHS programs or projects, and monitors respective milestone in related organization.* Analyses and monitors adherence to EHS standards in assigned organizations, and prepares regular EHS reporting.* Analyzes and reports on changes in relevant EHS laws and regulations, and recommend changes for internal standards.* Contributes to internal and external EHS audits, in support of accountable EHS Manager.* Prepares regular external EHS reporting for official authorities, or for internal stakeholder.* Maintains operational contact to external authorities.* Trains employees and management.* Keeps abreast with all respective regulations and standards in regional or local law.Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:* Bachelor's Degree required.* 0-3 years of experience into relative field* 5% TravelPreferred knowledge & skills:* Strong Environmental experience preferred.
