  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in robotic welding or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in operating and programming robotic welding equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and spot welding.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
  • Excellent understanding of welding parameters and their impact on weld quality.
  • Familiarity with welding inspection methods and the ability to identify and repair defects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot robotic welding equipment.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
