Job Description:

Richardson Brothers Construction is a third-generation Butler building contractor that offers new steel building construction and repair services on all steel buildings. We are seeking a motivated individual who can engage customers with a solution-based sales approach. Our core customers are small business owners, farmers and regional corporations in Central Kansas.This position will:

• Engage customers, determine their construction needs and present solutions.
  • Perform steel building inspections, reports, and budget repairs.
    • Present themselves professionally.
      • Support Project Managers in their activities.Requirements:Knowledge of building construction is helpful;Knowledge of steel-frame construction is a plus;Ability to work independently;Must be a motivated Self-Starter; with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative;Sales experience helpful;Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required;Excellent communication and organizational skills; Great Customer Service skills;Compensation/Benefits:Competitive base salary plus lucrative compensation plan based on total company sales. $80,000 to $200,000+ income;Company vehicle provided;On the job, web-based, and classroom training available;Paid Holidays and Vacation
